May 2019: Talking on chef weekly discussing chocolate: how and why which flavours work with other ingredients in chocolate, teaching children all about real chocolate, and how to design international award-winning chocolates. Talking to Chris about different types of chocolate how the terroir creates unique tastes of chocolate, and how I create designs for the chocolate to receive international awards for my work.

March 2019: Contributed to the book by Cocoa Sue Quinn. Explained different methods of tempering chocolate. The book is available on Amazon, at Waterstones, and in many bookstores.
