Miss Witt and her award winning chocolate is to be admired - and she built a great reputation for stylish creations and sensational flavours this workshop is based on a unique milk chocolate recipe using water, rather than cream, to make the creamy chocolate centre, giving a smooth, silky texture.
On arrival you will be served with tea or coffee and a selection of warm croissants with warm melted chocolate spread. There is also a break for lunch, consisting of home made quiche with salad, strawberries, or fruit of the season, with a chocolate dipping pot, accompanied with a sparkling fruit cordial.
This chocolate is still as popular as it was when she first made it at the very start .
You will taste a selection of different milk chocolate origins, such as Madagascar, Ecuador and Venezuela, each having their own unique taste.
