For all you hazelnut and chocolate lovers this is the workshop for you!
On arrival enjoy tea or coffee and served a selection of warm croissants with warm melted chocolate spread, followed by a tasting of these incredible hazelnuts, from the wonderful Lazio region, making these delicious truffles is a real treat. There is also a break for lunch, consisting of home made quiche with salad, strawberries, or fruit of the season, with a chocolate dipping pot, accompanied with a sparkling fruit cordial.
Creating a praline milk chocolate centre, the resulting mix is then rolled in hazelnuts grown in this wonderful part of Italy. A taste that's as beautiful as the country itself.
