You will be learning how to make dark chocolate truffles using the exclusive Cardenas Chocolate. We will then use Chocolat Madagascar to make chocolate mediants, you can add flavours to your chocolate discs or if you are a purist you can keep them plain with the option to add a touch of gold dust. There will also be a chance to taste the exclusive range of Cardenas Chocolate Bars.  Miss Witt is one of only two suppliers to sell these bars in the UK. This workshop is for dark chocolate lovers,  you will enjoy a journey of taste and flavour within the different chocolate you taste.   

Make your own Advent calendar this year! With refreshments and festive treats. You will make all the chocolates for the calendar and be able to add various flavours to your truffles or make milk chocolate truffles! You will then hand roll them in chocolate and wrap them in multicolour foils for a touch of glamour. Description cards will be available for you to write your flavours on.
