1½ – 2 hours | £55 per person

Each team member will go home with 18–20 handmade truffles, depending on how many they’ve tasted along the way!

What’s Included

    • Guided tasting of white, milk, caramel, and dark chocolates from various regions

    • Learn to appreciate subtle flavour differences

    • Watch a live ganache-making demo

    • Choose between milk, white, or dark chocolate for your own truffles

    • Design truffles in pairs using ingredients like orange oil, lime zest, freeze-dried fruit, sea salt, fresh mint, Biscoff, or gin

    • Discover unique flavour combinations far beyond mass-produced chocolate

    • See how chocolate is tempered using marble and scrapers

    • Try the fun “lip test” to check when it’s ready

  • Hand-roll your truffles in tempered chocolate

    Add a competitive twist with a judged round (optional prize for best taste and finish)

Kerry is able to offer experiences on-site at Miss Witt HQ
or the client’s chosen venue.

Booking Numbers Information.

On-site minimum 6 or equivalent charge if less / maximum 10 

Off-site, a minimum of 10 / maximum 30 – 40 can be split into groups for different time sessions over a day.

Off-site travel of up to 15 miles is free of charge. For venues further afield, please contact Kerry for a quote.
