My workshops take place in my custom built kitchen, we have plenty of space for small groups to gather and learn how to make chocolate, how cocoa is grown and harvested, and taste different flavours of chocolate from around the world.

Fun and informative you will leave not only with your own handmade creations of chocolate of the highest quality but also with some knowledge and appreciation for the chocolate industry and the people who grow and harvest the chocolate. I will be running workshops through the year from Sway which is near Lymington in the New Forest, just 90 minutes from London Waterloo on the train. It's a beautiful place to visit and if you wanted to take a short break I’ve put together a recommendation of a few of my favourite places to stay in the area.

Daisybank Cottage, Boutique Bed and Breakfast.
