Team Building Event, with Chocolate by Miss Witt

As all your staff are experts in their field how about getting them together to spend time with the award winning Chocolatier Miss Witt, certainly an expert in her field, Miss Witt has received the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Award which is world renowned and now sits on the panel of judges.
Miss Witt will allow your team to bond by experiencing the taste and flavour of her chocolate and this will change your team’s perception of what chocolate should taste like. Miss Witt ran a corporate event last week and found the team all initially said they were not a fan of dark chocolate because they said it was bitter. After tasting a beautiful floral Colombia Dark Chocolate produced with beans from the Huila region of Colombia, they all changed their mind and in fact, 9 out of the 12 people at the event choose to work with this dark chocolate. The teams worked in pairs to design chocolate truffles using Miss Witt’s unique water ganache recipe explaining how it gives clarity of flavour to the chocolate truffles.
The teams adored coming up with their own different flavour combinations and were encouraged to taste their chosen chocolate centres throughout the whole process as chocolate tastes in different forms, from liquid to being set. They all learned top tips on using piping bags which a keen baker in the group loved.
The teams then decided to coat their truffles in milk or dark chocolate. As explained this can give a different finish to the recipe which was such fun, everyone got to feel the texture of melted chocolate by covering their truffles by hand (while wearing gloves, of course).
It was then over to the decision of final decoration. Whether to use hazelnuts, shimmer dust or raspberries. each team did really well. After the chocolate truffles had set, I walked around and judged the winning team… This time the winner was the girl’s team.
