Milk Chocolate Dipping Sauce:

Ingredients

  • 100g milk chocolate

  • 200ml double cream

Instructions

  1. Place the milk chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water.

  2. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat and let the steam gently melt the chocolate.

  3. Add the double cream to the melted chocolate and stir until it becomes a lovely thick sauce.

  4. The sauce is now ready to be used as a dip for strawberries, grapes, bread sticks, marshmallows, and biscuits.
