It’s the run up to Christmas weekend so the perfect time to create your very own delicious hand-made chocolate. You can choose whether to gift your creations or squirrel them away and enjoy yourself. It’s a great way to meet up with a friend or loved one prior to the big day.
Event introduction by Kerry Witt with non alcoholic mulled wine, tea, coffee and chocolate tasting while you watch Kerry demonstrate the chocolate gifts. You will make:
1 box (containing 9) ‘Brussels sprout’ truffles. These are the best kind, a white chocolate shell filled with milk chocolate ganache, then covered in green coloured chocolate.
4 hot chocolate stirring spoons with marshmallow decoration
6 crackers filled with festive treats for the tree or festive table. They will contain hand piped chocolate buttons decorated with festive themed transfers, and solid chocolate Christmas trees.
Please note Allergens - Soya , milk , wheat , barely. Risk of cross contamination oats and eggs.
