February Half Term Workshops - All About Love

£22.00

Join Kerry at her chocolate HQ in Hordle in The New Forest, to make a large milk chocolate heart with a choice of sweet decorative toppings and a selection of 9 smaller chocolate hearts. Children will also learn about the cacao harvest process. Keep them to enjoy yourself or maybe give them to a loved one.

Suitable for ages 5-16

Skills you will learn:

  • How to temper chocolate using the seeding method

  • How to use a piping bag to draw the outline of the heart

  • How to use cocoa butter prints

While the chocolate hearts are setting you will have a chance to decorate your boxes.

If adults wish to participate, please reserve an additional space..

Children’s half term workshops are held in my production kitchen. It’s an intimate space and accommodates 5 children, so unfortunately it is not possible for parents to stay as well.

If you think your child would appreciate your support, then please book a place too, you’ll leave with double the chocolate! Alternatively, if you have travelled and plan to wait for your child, The Mill pub and restaurant is just a minutes drive from Chocolate HQ and is the perfect venue to enjoy a hot drink while you wait. For your peace of mind it’s worth mentioning I have enhanced DSB check as work with schools.
