Your chocolate experience will be hosted by Kerry Witt and begins with a warm welcome, a complimentary drink, and a selection of delicious chocolates to taste.

  • Kerry will start with a short demonstration on how to create indulgent Milk Chocolate Champagne Truffles.

  • You will then work individually to make 18–21 truffles of your own to take home.

  • While your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to temper chocolate, and you’ll have the chance to join in and practise this essential skill.

  • Next, you will learn how to pipe three chocolate hearts using a piping bag – a technique known as run-outs, in either milk or dark chocolate

  • You will also learn how to create four chocolate hearts using silicone moulds, in a choice of milk or dark chocolate adding strawberries or raspberries to decorate.

  • All the chocolate will be wrapped up in a beautiful boxes and bags finished with ribbons for you to give as a gift or enjoy together!

  • Kerry will provide everything you need, including all ingredients, equipment, and aprons – just bring your enthusiasm and love of chocolate!
