Don’t miss out! -Upcoming Christmas Events in Lymington for Chocolate Lovers…

Christmas Chocolate Workshops, Gifts for Christmas, New skills, and a Very Special Award Nomination…

Things are getting very exciting in the chocolate studio!

Christmas events in the new forest, gold glitter being sprinkled on truffles, announcement of being nominated for an award

Firstly let me tell you about my award nomination for Micro business of the year! I’m so chuffed to be nominated, I am in some great competition, but no matter what happens I feel so pleased to be included, its certainly been a lot of hard work this year, coming out of the other side of lockdown, so it’s like a big pat on the back for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes here at Chocolate By Miss Witt!

I was featured in the local paper - here you can read more about the nomination and the work that goes on in the background!

I truly believe that we are always learning and I’ve recently been expanding my repertoire by learning some new techniques with the Chocolatier James Parsons, improving my skills using an airbrush, just look at these beautifully filled chocolate shells. They are made with organic cocoa butter, when I melt the colour it has the scent of white chocolate. Next year I will run workshops where you will be able to paint with these beautiful cocoa butter colours.

I’ve been also been busy building up stock for Christmas, my busiest time of year. All the favourites are slowly being created ready for some seriously good Christmas chocolate gifts and treats! be sure to get your orders in early- stocking fillers, party favours, and gifts for your loved ones, plus you will be supporting a local food producer, artisan, and a small business - I actually do a little dance for every order! Plus, of course, my Chocolate is just absolutely delicious!

Christmas Workshops

There’s still time to get yourself some tickets for my Christmas Workshops or maybe invite some friends along for a fun evening of chocolate and festive delights, I’ve also got a workshop, especially for anyone wanting to make their own chocolate gifts this Christmas.
